VersaIMAGE e-Queue™ and

e-DocArchiver™ Software
 

The Versa e-Queue™ software allows automated monitoring of remote application file folders on a network.  Versa e-Queue monitors the contents of subdirectories in a “scan” folder that contains scanned images from a networked copier, remote scanner or Multi Function Device (MFD) and moves these images into the appropriate VersaIMAGE database automatically.  The images can be auto indexed by VersaIMAGE with a “Scan Date” and fixed OCR zone or moved into the “to be indexed” list for manual or automatic batch indexing at a later date. 

The Versa e-DocArchiver™ software module may be used to digitally “print” any electronic document directly to VersaIMAGE’s indexing module or file it in the appropriate Versa database file folder.  No need to print Word, Excel, PDF, e-mail, etc. documents onto paper in order to scan these pages and subsequently store them in VersaIMAGE.  The images are transformed to the Tif format and moved into VersaIMAGE automatically.  VersaIMAGE then automatically re-OCR’s the Tiff images again in order to preserve the image text search capability.
