Economical, color,grayscale,or black and white paper scanning in TWAIN , indexing,
retrieval and distribution management software that uses the Microsoft Access jet
engine as a database or Microsoft-SQL for more than 10 concurrent users in a network.
Both databases include standard and intelligent PDF output and full image OCR
/ ICR text recognition engine for Tiff or JPG images with "fuzzy text"
search capability.
Simplified features include computer keyboard
“F-key” actuated “NEW FOLDER (F2)”,
“SCAN (F5)”, “RE-SCAN (F6)”, “INSERT (F3)”, “SETTINGS (F4)” functions
for “non-computer” users. VersaIMAGE-GOLD has single and multi-image Tiff, color and grayscale (.jpg) image formats. New export functionality allowing VersaIMAGE
image files and corresponding database Index files and image OCR files to be exported
to other imaging systems (images are linked to .csv and RTF files). Output via fax,
e-mail, print and CD including VersaVIEW-GOLD that allows remote users access to
VersaIMAGE generated CD’s or VersaView-PDF-CD.
(Note: Microfilm image search controls are NOT available in this “TWAIN paper scanning”
software configuration ).

SQL Version: Client–Server data base, requires MS SQL 7.0. Supports
VersaIMAGE-GOLD features including multiple databases, data and
image import/export, look-up append, e-mail, batch scanning, multiple indexing modes,
CD pre-mastering, bar code, OCR/ICR with FUZZY TEXT SEARCH, High Power Crop and
Image Correction Module. This product requires SQL be installed on a server with
appropriate licenses which are not included in our price schedule.
