VersaCAR 32-bit Standard and SQL version (Not Digital
Image enabled)
Universal microfilm CAR software that may be “push button upgraded” to full hybrid
imaging capability described in VersaIMAGE 32. Supports multiple readers, reader
printers, cameras, indexing modes with data import/export, look-up append, print
and request queue management. Includes MASTER / REFERENCE database
table feature using a runtime Microsoft Access 2000 database using Microsoft SQL
ODBC calls. The SQL product requires SQL be installed on a server with appropriate
licenses.
OPTIONS: VersaCAR BARCODE recognition
software. The barcode reader option allows planetary cameras to recognize and index
from documents with barcodes with the aid of bar code reading hardware devices.
GENERAL NOTE: All VersaIMAGE type software requires
a yearly support fee directly from the client or from the dealer/service bureau.
Payment is required in advance for a full year support. Full telephone support and
free software upgrades are included. (Please see our maintenance terms attached,
and paragraph 5a for pricing issues in the VersaIMAGE
Software Maintenance and Support Agreement).
