The print Room Audit System combines engineering data and drawing images located in “print rooms” or engineering document storage rooms to become a totally 100% verified engineering information database. The Audit process locates, combines, double checks and image verifies paper and microfilm files while editing CAD and available master index files!

The VersaIMAGE PRINT ROOM AUDIT™ Solution consists of separate modules that may be implemented in phases depending on the audit results. This process converts Drawing / Print Rooms to a modern, “State of the Art” information facility:

Phase 1:Data survey and compilation of all available index data into a VersaIMAGE 32 Master Drawing Locator (KIOSK) Index Database.

Phase 2:Scanning of microfilm such as aperture cards, jackets, microfiche and conversion of these images to industry standard TIFF raster image files with appropriate indexing in VersaIMAGE 32

Phase 3:Selective scanning of paper drawings with 100% revision verification and image addition to the Master Drawing VersaIMAGE 32 Locator KIOSK.

Phase 4: Integration of Manufacturing databases with remote wide format printer placement and CAD application support services.
