VersaVIEW .NET™ access module allows VersaIMAGE and VersaIMAGE-GOLD users to search for and retrieve document images from selected VersaIMAGE databases via Internet browsers.

The VersaVIEW .NET module is integrated with Microsoft's active directory, enabling both user and group based security by database and functionality.

VersaVIEW .NET™ is written completely in C#, and utilizes all the power of the .NET architecture. The image processing is done completely at runtime on the web server, and does not require any third party controls to be installed at the clients PC!

Our "smart nail" technology ensures that the thumbnails cached are always up to date, thus eliminating the age-old issue of trying to sync images with thumbnails. If an image is changed, the software detects there has been a change to the image, and updates the thumbnail! No more scheduled uploads of images. Images are always live!
Full support for Microsoft's active directory structure makes security setup a breeze. This makes your data secure from intruders, and makes the administrators job much easier!

VersaVIEW .NET ™ is a true "thin client" solution.

MicroDAX 6.0 supersedes all MicroDAX 5 versions and is a flexible, easy to use application that is designed to quickly get the images you want from Minolta microfilm and paper scanners using the TWAIN driver and PC’s running the Microsoft XP, VISTA and Windows 7 Operating Systems.  Models MS6000, MS6000 MKII, MS7000, MS7000 MKII microfilm scanners and PS7000 book scanners are supported to scan and process images, save them in various image-file formats, fax, email or print all or some images on demand.

MicroDAX 6.0 is designed to be as simple to operate and user friendly as possible. So while you might not need to refer to this user’s guide before working with it, there are some basic concepts you should review before getting started.  Specifically, you should read the section entitled “Getting Started” before you install the software and the “Concepts” section before you start working with MicroDAX 6.0

The Versa e-Queue™ software allows automated monitoring of remote application file folders on a network.
Versa e-Queue monitors the contents of subdirectories in a “scan” folder that contains scanned images from a networked copier, remote scanner or Multi Function Device (MFD) and moves these images into the appropriate VersaIMAGE database automatically.
The images can be auto indexed by VersaIMAGE with a “Scan Date” and fixed OCR zone or moved into the “to be indexed” list for manual or automatic batch indexing at a later date.

The Versa e-DocArchiver™ software module may be used to digitally “print” any electronic document directly to VersaIMAGE’s indexing module or file it in the appropriate Versa database file folder.

 There is no need to print Word, Excel, PDF, e-mail, etc. documents onto paper in order to scan these pages and subsequently store them in VersaIMAGE.

 The images are transformed to the Tiff format and moved into VersaIMAGE automatically. VersaIMAGE then automatically re-OCR’s the Tiff images again in order to preserve the image text search capability.

OCR Monitor™ monitors multiple databases and identifies records without OCR.  It then processes the full page OCR values automatically for searching by VersaIMAGE Gold.

OCR Monitor™ will run as a service, or on demand. It is multi-threaded for processing speed, and can be throttled for compatibility with lower end machines.
