The VIQ software allows automated monitoring of remote application file
folders on a network.
Versa e-Queue monitors the contents of subdirectories in a "scan" folder that contains
scanned images from a networked copier, remote scanner or Multi Function Device
(MFD) and moves these images into the appropriate VersaIMAGE database automatically.
The images can be auto indexed by VersaIMAGE with a "Scan Date" and fixed OCR zone
or moved into the "to be indexed" list for manual or automatic batch indexing at
a later date.
The Versa e-DocArchiver software module may be used to digitally "print" any electronic
document directly to VersaIMAGE's indexing module or file it in the appropriate
Versa database file folder.
There is no need to print Word, Excel, PDF,
e-mail, etc. documents onto paper in order to scan these pages and subsequently
store them in
VersaIMAGE.
The images are transformed to the Tiff format and moved into VersaIMAGE automatically.
VersaIMAGE then automatically re-OCR's the Tiff images again in order to preserve
the image text search capability.
OCR Monitor monitors multiple databases and identifies records without OCR.
It then processes the full page OCR values automatically for searching by VersaIMAGE
Gold.
OCR Monitor will run as a service, or on demand. It is multi-threaded for processing
speed, and can be throttled for compatibility with lower end machines.

VersaCAR for Windows is a full featured networked or stand alone Windows based microfilm
CAR indexing and retrieval system.
It may be expanded at any time to include electronic image management.
External database information from other computer systems can be utilized using
VersaCAR's easy to use import and export utility.
VersaCAR for Windows includes a request spooler for processing microfilm print requests
from end users over a network.
Requested document prints are routed via VersaCAR to fax, mail or internal mail
facilities for distribution.
Microfilm scanners may be used in conjunction with VersaCAR to produce scanned microfilm
images for fax, print, E mail and image storage (TIFF G4) off-line (on-line with
VersaCAR-PLUS and VersaIMAGE).
